Over in the training room, Erin has been trying a bit of tough love on Willie, in order for him to shine in this week’s dance.
Being a very different dance to the Waltz, Willie was struggling today to lower his frame and he found the flat foot work quite hard as well.
This prompted Erin to comment, ‘You look like you’re skipping through a tulip field!’
As well as correcting his feet and posture Erin was determined to change Willie’s attitude and emotion towards the dance believing him to be too soft and wanting him to be more angry.
Willie, always the romantic gentleman, is struggling to dance with the aggression and passion required, so much so that Erin said she might have to resort to violence.
‘I might have to slap you about a bit backstage before we dance on Saturday,’ she joked.
