Hayley, meanwhile, is trying to concentrate on getting big softie Mark to act like a Bullfighter, remarking, “I’m hopefully going to get the aggressive man out of Mark, because if I don’t – it’s not going to work.” Mark jokes that remembering Arlene’s Saturday night comments might help him to channel the aggressiveness needed for the dance, but then he ruins any facade of a hard man image by laughingly adding that he’d like to have a cape so that he can hide behind it.
But Hayley’s not about to give up on finding her partner’s inner caveman; on top of teaching Mark the choreography, she feeds him with acting instructions in order to get him into his new role, “You re angry, violent, powerful, brave!
