Harry and Aliona are Strictly Come Dancing 2011 Champions!

Harry Judd and Aliona Vilani have been crowned Strictly Come Dancing Champions 2011! Congratulations to them – a well deserved victory!

After winning the crown the McFly boys rushed the stage!

Harry said “All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that has supported Aliona and I. I have just had the most incredible experience.”

“I’ve been on the best show on TV and I am just honoured”. Damn straight it’s the best show on tv!

Jason and Kristina were first to be voted off (booo!) at the start of the 9pm show leaving Harry and Chelsee to battle it out with their final two dances.

Harry and Aliona danced the American Smooth- wow for me this was beautiful and I thought it was their best dance of the whole competition….until I saw Chelsee’s Rumba!!!

Chelsee is a worthy runner-up and I’m really sad that she couldn’t have won too! They danced a beautiful Rumba and a sharp Quickstep that were both amazing. The Rumba was absolutely amazing – I loved seeing Craig bobbing away in the background!

Harry and Aliona performed their favourite dance of the series – the Argentine Tango and it was truly amazing and so much better the second time around. He really didn’t put a foot wrong all night.

    Can’t believe my favourites came 2nd & 3rd although it was a forgone conclusion Harry would win as he had the teenage vote .Oh yes he could really dance but not as good as Jason or Chelsee.I’m sure had it been the judges vote & not the public vote the out come would have been different.The end was just messed up with the Mcfly lot ,it shows how immature they really are.Give me good old fashioned Jason& Chelsee anytime.

      Actually I think you’ll find that Harry and Aliona come top of the judges leader board for the final and have consistently got high marks throughout the competition. He won because he was the best dancer, especially when Strictly is not high viewing for the teenage audience. The McFly boys ran to congratulate their friend, (as did Harry’s dad, though I notice you’re not calling him immature) they came straight off again, without playing up to the cameras, not immature at all, just happy for their friend’s great and deserved achievement.

    thought harry and aliona were worthy winners but could not understand craig consistantly giving chelsee 9s when he said she was so good.

    Yes my favourite troughout the shows was Harry, and most certainly Aliona. Loved the Argentine Tango. Sooo sexy and passionate. Lovely. Worthy winners. Henni (Netherlands)

    YESSSSSSSSS  IVE HAD A CRUSH ON HARRY ALL SERIES i luv chels  but i coudlnt  decide who i should vote for  and i watched their show dances but chelsees was best so i did her  great est final on scd hope theirs   another series  but why do the mcfly have to spoil it?

    On a different note, what a pity Strictly It Takes Two isn’t scheduled on the Monday after the final. Would be nice to review the whole thing and see the best bits from the final again. The Beeb have missed a trick there.
