Bottom two week 9 Strictly Come Dancing

Anita Dobson and Rentapro Brendan Cole and Robin Windsor have been voted off Strictly Come Dancing in week 9. Holly Valance and Artem Chigvintsev also found themselves in the bottom two for the second week running.

It seems really unfair that her partner Robin wasn’t there on the night due to an injury but I think it was her time to go.

Anita voted out Strictly Come Dancing

When asked what her Strictly highlight has been, Anita said “He [Robin] made this the most humorous, enjoyable, fun, wonderful learning experience you could ever imagine. Thank you SO much. Can I just say thank-you to Brendan too, because without him I wouldn’t have done this week… thank you”.

Her regular dance partner, Robin, appeared via telephone linkup to pay tribute to his partner “Anita darling, I just wanted to say you’ve been absolutely incredible, and I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there with you tonight. It has been a pleasure to work with you. You have been one of the most enthusiastic and hard-working people I’ve ever, ever, ever met. I’m going to miss you dearly”.

    no! Robbie should have gone!

I think he should have been in bottom two but I’m glad he’s still in!

  • Pixie

Should have been Robbie…… Anita was great.

  • Val

I have been running dances for 30 years and now that I record everything I want to see I fast forward the bits that bore me, while loving the creative aspect of dance. I watch any kind of  dance. Thank you for the music and for giving me your entertainment. This was fair and I do think that they all work hard.

  • Strictlysis

Glad she’s gone as she actually could not move properly!! She reminded me of my 9 month old daughter wobbling about on weak little legs! Apart from my baby’s cute and adorable and Anita’s just crap. Holly to go next week please!

  • Mark

Why oh why was Holly in the bottom two, Ok there isn’t the same chemistry as Artem had with Kara!! but we all know why that was. But the bottom two should have been Robbie and Alex with Robbie leaving, his dance content has been limited through-out.
The technical Quality of dance has not been what we’ve seen at this stage in past series, although the scores are.
Harry and Chelsee in the final

I’m glad Anita has left. She looked so stiff and hunched up.
Seems like a nice lady but I wouldn’t have voted for her ever.
Time to put the kettle on when she damces.

I really wish they would get rid of Alesha Dixon! Her comments are just pointless.

  • Carolineeh

Alisha Dixon, as  a Judge is a Joke. She is totally biased, and ageist……..She definitely had it in for Anita, and was patronizing and over critical.  It was hilarious the way she forn’s after Robbie, Like a love sick cow !!and manages to lather her compliments and encouragement to Robbie.
Please replace her with an unbiased professional dancer !
She has ruined Anita’s chances and sways the public with her pretentious  unqualified comments.

  • dancefan

I agree that Alesha is biased and ageist.  Bring back Arleen Phillips.

  • Jemccallum

What else happened back stage on this show apart from Camilla? St. Trinions! I think Chelsee had an upgrade, maybe the other headmistress poped in…strickly…come…dancing… came across as a visual message and got used as an add for Wembley, I think!
They don’t pay you for that you know lol
    The tour.
    P.s bbc radio 5 is still red..shhhhhh

  • Pas-de-Deux

What about that young BBC presenter with “WOODY LEGS”/

Her legs have been covered with longuish skirts for most of the competition and, in the last show, the choreography was based on a comical set of steps resembling those of a wooden doll. This time we could see her stiff legs but the choreography disguised her lack of dancing skills.
Who is protecting her? She should have gone a long time ago… And her dancing partner is really a horrible unpleasant man !

  • Alan Clouter

Please stop congratulating yourselves on the “Swingathong”. It might have been good competition but it was lousy TV and bad camera work. As a viewer I couldn’t see anything because, in a group test, the producer gave us individual closeups throughout. Keep the producer and loose the Swingathong or vice versa PLEASE.

  • Ggrief

Robbie and Ola are getting away with very poor dancing from him in place of what they seem to think is entertainment.  Removing one’s trousers is circus clowns acts not ‘Strictly Dancing’ at all it ia a shame the viewers have such bad taste.

    • Norah

Robbie is total rubbish. He started by saying proudly that he was the dirtiest football player in England. He is canvassing for votes by bringing his “granny” in or whatever. This weekend he is scraping the barrel saying he is dancing for his friend the Welsh manager. If it was my friend who died in such a horrible way I wouldn’t be dancing at all. Why are people been taken in and voting for him?

  • Utterlyangie

i agree with the comments about Alisha dont know what she is still doing on the show…patronising and unknowledgable. Russell Grant should have gone…it’s embarrassing

Choosing what to see isn’t necessarily the hardest part oCoach OutletTwizzSometimes the bigger question is, where do you sit? On the aisles for easy do you  lers Coach Outletto lers and Diet Coke refills? Or do you map out the closest fire exits and plant yourself do you  Coach Outletthere, just in case? Do you sit in the front row because you enjoy the feeling of being swallowed by the film? Or do you chose the middle? There’s a reason that people sit in the middle, I’m just Chanel Handbagsnot sure what it is.Over on his blog at the Chicago Sun Times, film critic Roger Ebert is discussing Coach Outletwhere people sit in the theater. Inspired by a post he read on film historian David Bordwell’s site, Ebert Chanel Bagstells us that growing up he liked to sit in the middle, but over time he has drifted towards the back in Coach Store Online   order to gracefully sneak out when nature calls. On saturday there is no way Jason/Kristina singing in the rain should have been marked less than chelsee/Pasha  jive it was equally as good and the marks should have been the same.

Like the Saturday show but results show is terrible.  Claudia Winkleman looks ridiculous and has no personality.  Lens lens is a complete waste of time and the main act, ie Alfie Bows, is just second rate.  Where are all the top quality performers in such a highly viewed show as there have been in previous years?  This part of the show is also rushed and seems so amateurish.  For the next series please get rid of Claudia and Lens lens and bring in some decent acts (accompanied by the professional dancers not some silly dancers prancing around).
