The new dances thrown in to pad out an over-long series! I loved the Charleston but not really looking forward to the Lindy-Hop…

  2. Louise says:

Ali and Brian leaving….a travesty and a boring final.

  3. legion says:

enough to make my roman army desert! ali and brian are gods to cola team common? all that is wrong with strictly so many own goals over the years? Cannot some better brains be empolyed to save the programme eventually destroying itself on the rocks?

  4. Ken Jenkins says:

Chris Hollins is through at the expense of one of the most wonderful ballroom dancers in the history of SCD, Ali Bastian. The BBC bias is obvious, they play about with the rules when it suits them. There should have been a dance-off, then we would have been treated to a great final.
The once marvellous flagship show that was Strictly Come DANCING is no more. I shall not be watching the final because of its inevitable outcome. Thats me finished with SCD for good.

  5. Sue says:

I agree with Ken. I enjoy watching Claudia every night but it is getting to be a Chris & Ola programme. They are rammed down your throat whenever possible. The BBC are definitely biased, they deliberately took the dance off away because they knew that Chris would be voted off by the judges. Obviously Ola’s husband is biased but he shouldnt be asked to comment on the final. This is a DANCING competition, not a popularity competition!

  6. Ken J says:

Thank you sue for endorsing my opinions. looking at all the views on the website, we are definitely in the majority. You are obviously a DANCE fan like me. Its a shame that the final has been reduced to a farce.

  7. Ken J says:

Just an update on the BBC BIAS. Chris Hollins has appeared twice this week as host of the morning programme ‘Cash In The Attic’. They’ll do anything to achieve their aim.

Huge coincidence or am I just an old cynic?

  8. legion says:

it cannot be said to be a real and truthful competion when the winner is a employee of the organisation that runs the contest and furthermore actively promotes that individual on a grandstand that is not offered to thesame degree to the other contestants. as I write the farce continues with the news feeds, I have the sick bag handy, could gordon brown use chris to promote his re-election?

  9. Dancemad says:

Strictly Come dancing is no longer a dancing comeptition. Stealthily it has become a popularity contest governed by the votes and opinions of a misguided public who care little for great dancing. The program has been spoiled for me. Ratings can be won or lost and the way the BBC is going the ratings are and will continue to slip.

  10. Ken J says:

With all these comments coming in, it seems that a great majority totally disagree with the outcome. How did the worst winner in the history of SCD get through? It must have been block voting, ably assisted by the BBC who fixed the semi-final. Very suspicious.

That’s who we DANCE fans should be aiming our anger at folks. the BBC.

  11. I L Ali + Brian says:

Ken you are spreading your oponioons everywhere we know you think its all abou the dancing but sometimes its about fun and binding as a couple..
